'Imagine, if you will, this scenario.
You are playing a game of Apocalypse 40k, using a force of Ultramarines allied with Imperial Guard.
You decided to join Marneus Calgar to a small IG infantry squad; one with a commissar attached.
After losing a number of your guardsmen to enemy shooting, you decide it would be prudent for Calgar to withdraw, so you use his special rule to voluntarily fail the your morale test.
Now, pray tell, what does the commissar do?
Answer: the commissar kills the model with the highest leadership: ie Calgar.
