Farseers and Warlocks.

These units will have new psychic powers which will mainly aide their own units and will misdirect other units (similar to Harlequin powers)

FS and WL will now have a 5+ invulnerable instead of 4+

Mind war will remain more or less unchanged however it will now only cause one wound maximum

Avatars
Will be massively beefed up with a large points increase, but will become a special character

Omnisarc
will be and i quote here " they will be the singel gayest thing ever there going to be totally gay there total batty boys," after much of this i managed to learn their going to be fearless independent characters which can combine skills and wargear from the different exarches, so far example you could have a warp spider jump generator with a fire pike etc etc

Elite

Squads of Aspects will have access to skills, you do not need to buy an ex arch to get these skills

Banshees will fleet of foot 2d6 and pick the highest

Fire dragons will have a weapon that can fire either as a low strength melta gun or as a flamer making them very versatile and an all fire dragon army a real possibility

Troops
Rangers and Dire Avengers will not fill up compulsory troop slots unless in a Beil-Tan or a Alitoc army

OK heres the one youeve been waiting for, Guardians may now longer have heavy weapons platforms and the stats of shurican catapults are range 18 S4 AP4 and rendering, they will have a points increase to stop Eldar armies being hoard armies

Fast Attack
Silver Spears will now have a weapon similar to rough riders (one use high strength) but slightly more powerful.

Heavy support

Fire prism. this unit will have access to a BS4 upgrade and will be able to fire a two kinds of munition, it will be similar to a hammer heads rail gun

Wraith Lords, this unit will remain the same but have a points increase

8) Evo šta sam pronašao:

-- The avatar cost will be around 90 pts (base) and it will have 3+ save and +1 A.
it will be possible to buy 1 power up like these: +2 A ; +1 A /each wound inflicted ; Every attack that hits/wounds with 6 will kill regardles of wounds remaining / penetrate 3d6+str; will be able to "shoot"? at 12 ".

-- new powers and equipment for Seers and they will be able to buy the warlock's powers.
new powers for warlocks and it will be possible to pay double the cost of powers to warlock in order to give them the chance to buy 2 powers.

-- Shuriken catapult will be assault 2 18"

-- Rangers will cost a few points less

-- Guardians will be able to field 1 PLATFORM and 1 WARLOCK every 10 guardians (20 guardians , 2 platforms and 2 warlocks)

-- Assault guardians will take 1 warlock every 10 guardians and 2 special weapons every 5

-- Dire avengers will be able to fire shuriken catapult as following:
if they remain stationary their range will increase by 6" (24")
They will be able to field a shuriken cannon (18").
They will fire AND assault as if they were stationary

-- Warp spiders will be a few points less and will take a blast 3" which will ignore armour saves on 6 to wound.
the twin linked death spinner will work like a flame thrower.

-- Wraithguards will be 20 points and will take either the 3" blast or the flame blast.

-- Banshee and Scorpion will be the same. (i think they work quite well as they are).

-- Fire dragons will be able to shoot as they do now or to use flame/3" blast (still testing) at -2 str AP 3.

-- dark reapers should be 30 pts and 2 fire modes: they will be able to shoot as they do now...and will have a second option : Heavy 1 ....str 7 ...ap3

--falcon and war walkers : no changes

--Fire prism will cost 100pts and will have 5" blast ( i think it will still have to hit (BS 3))

--Still not sure if Exodites and Harlequins will have a codex OF THEIR OWN or if they will have a mini codex as khorne army in code caos.

Gle, svima je jasno da Eldari trebaju novi Cdx, ali, ne znam
ni sam da li da se veselim, ili da se bojim dana kada će izaći.

Iskreno, dok ne vidim codex ne vjerujem u nikakve priče. Do sada sam vidio toliko puno 'sigurnih' glasina, najviše na umrlom eldar.onlineu a ima ih dosta i na 40k online, da sam ih odlučio potpuno ignorirati.

New Eldar rules:

HQ:
On the start of each turn, roll a d6 - at roll of "1" every Eldar model within 12" from Farseer or Avatar must have anal penetration with similar model or whatever(Wraithguards included)!

Elites:
On start of enemy turn they must try to run away, or to take cover in armoured builing - if not succesful , look for HQ rules.

Troops:
You know already...look up.

Fast:
...fast run away...

Heavy:
Don`t have "Glansing only", and "Fucki`n two dices and I choose lower" rule for muthafuckin` Falcon or Firefuckin` Prism!!!
